Kuan Mei was founded in Taiwan Tainan, our team has excellent profound knowledge in mold, plastic injection and assembly for top cases, electric scooters, headlights and so on. Due to our integral production chain, we have ODM, OEM ability for customers demanded.Each production line's introduction as follows.
Mold Factory
From mold designed, developing, sampling, repairing to mass production, we provide customers with complete integration from mold to injection.
Plastic Injection Factory
We have more than 50 years experiences of ODM, OEM. We have 13 machines in our factory. The specification of our injection machine range 15oz to 180oz. Our scope of services covers a wide range of industries. For home appliance, we can produce the cover of AC and washing machine. For transportation industry, we have plastic pallet for storage. For food industry, we can produce pudding boxes.
Painting Factory
Our factory mainly focus on liquid processing plastic products. We standardized our operations on the process to ensure quality stability. Besides, our goal is to fully automate the mechanical equipment to improve quality, reduce costs and shorten delivery time.
Assembly Line
We specialized in scooter's head lights, turn singles and tail lights. Following the standard of process, we standardized our operations on the process to ensure quality stability.
